Founding Spirits is a farmer-owned distillery located in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C., inside their restaurant Founding Farmers & Distillers. Established in 2009 with production beginning in 2016, this small-batch distillery is majority owned by American family farmers and produces award-winning spirits from locally sourced grains.
