Split Rock Distilling is Maine’s first organic spirits distillery, founded by Topher Mallory and Matt Page, who named their distillery after a dirt road shortcut between their homes. Located at 16 Osprey Point Rd in Newcastle, Maine, they mash, ferment, distill, and bottle all their spirits on-site using organic ingredients and solar power.
