Hardshore Distilling Company is a craft distillery in Portland, Maine, founded in 2016 with a 1,200-liter Arnold Holstein still. They specialize in making unconventional spirits that push boundaries, using locally-grown grain and pristine water from Sebago Lake without reverse osmosis. Their philosophy centers on coaxing new flavors and textures from diverse botanicals and ingredients, creating spirits with purpose on the bar shelf rather than imitating established brands.

North Oak Barrel Rested Gin
An amber-hued gin rested in new oak barrels that develops warm oak tones and natural vanillin, creating a wonderfully round, almost rum-like spirit that won ‘Best Gin’ at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition after a perfect record of Double-Gold medals.
Shorebird Bourbon
Small-batch bourbon made from grains grown on the founder’s 5th generation family farm, available in three expressions: Small Batch (punk-rock, flavor-forward), Single Barrel (soft-spoken, exceptionally smooth), and Master Distiller’s Series (smokey, brooding, full-bodied).
