Located within a 40-acre living museum featuring 19 historic buildings from the 1800s company town that grew around the Overholt whiskey operation beginning in 1803.
Old Overholt’s return to Abraham Overholt’s original 1800s mashbill of 80% rye and 20% malted barley, aged 4 years at 47.5% ABV in charred White Oak barrels, producing a deep, rich, full-bodied Pennsylvania rye whiskey with spice and caraway notes.
Limited-production Monongahela rye distilled on-site at the historic West Overton Village property using the same 80% rye and 20% malted barley recipe, aged in charred White Oak barrels in their modern educational distillery.
