Founded in 2017 by a mother/daughter duo, TLC Libations is Pennsylvania’s first Black woman-owned distillery located at 7800 Susquehanna Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood, crafting premium handcrafted spirits, cocktails, mocktails, liqueurs, and bitters with Tender, Love & Care at their production facility and tasting room.
