Dry Vermouth
A bright, fresh American dry vermouth made with regional wine, brandy, and botanicals including nepitella, habek mint, citrus leaves, green coriander, wormwood, chamomile, yuzu, and cascade hops from the Mid-Atlantic region.
Pennsylvania Amaro
A robust American amaro based on neutral grain spirit, featuring spruce tips, trifoliate orange, lemon verbena, wormwood, juniper, and Appalachian allspice from the Mid-Atlantic region.
Pennsylvania Aperitivo
A less sweet American aperitif wine made with regional wine, brandy, and botanicals including hibiscus, sumac, trifoliate orange, citrus leaves, spicebush, and geranium, ideal for spritzes.
Pennsylvania Fernet
A bold American fernet made with neutral grain spirit, heirloom mints, wormwood, aloe, and cherry bark from the Mid-Atlantic, sweetened with Chester County blackstrap molasses and house caramel.
Rosé Vermouth
A seasonal dry rosé vermouth featuring regional wine, brandy, wild rose hips and petals, hibiscus, elderflower, and Vietnamese coriander, produced during summer months.
Solera Sweet Vermouth
A complex blended sweet vermouth established in 2020, combining over 200 wines, wild-fermented cider, farmhouse ales, brandy, all vermouth variants, regional and imported botanicals, local honey, and house caramel.
Sweet Red Vermouth
An unaged American sweet vermouth crafted with red wine, brandy, and Mid-Atlantic botanicals such as laurel leaf, poplar bud, rosemary, tulsi basil, yarrow, juniper, and trifoliate orange, specifically designed to complement Pennsylvania rye whisky.
