About
CJ Spirits is a true craft distillery located along historic Route 6 in Kane, PA, in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest. Founded by Sam Cummings, Jr. and Tom Jones, the distillery produces handcrafted spirits using locally-grown grains and pure Allegheny Mountain spring water, with deep historical roots tracing back to the region’s role as the epicenter of American whiskey production prior to the 1791 Whiskey Rebellion, and offers tours and free tastings to visitors.
