Cart/Horse Distilling is a first-generation woman-owned craft distillery located in Edinboro, Pennsylvania, established in 2016 and holding DSP-PA-20051. As the first award-winning distillery in Erie County and a PA Preferred Producer, they focus on locally grown ingredients—particularly red winter wheat from Northwestern Pennsylvania—to support regional growers and keep agricultural traditions alive through grain-to-glass handcrafted spirits.

Hand crafted vodka distilled from red winter wheat grown in Northwestern Pennsylvania, fermented with local aquifer water, copper column distilled and slow filtered through activated carbon.
