Liberty Pole Spirits is a family-owned craft whiskey distillery founded by the Hough family in July 2016 and located at 800 Adios Drive in Washington, Pennsylvania, the historic home of the Whiskey Rebellion. Starting as a 300-gallon pot-distilled operation that expanded to 600 gallons in 2019 before tripling production at their current campus in July 2023, the Hough family produces grain-to-glass whiskey from locally grown Pennsylvania ingredients using traditional methods.
