Lancaster Distilleries emerged on the craft distilling scene in 2018, established by Nate Boring and partners at Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse in Downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The distillery prides itself on featuring the bounty of local farmers’ fresh produce in each bottle, crafting its own barrels from PA-grown White Oak, and has earned industry accolades including John Barleycorn Awards and American Distilling Institute honors.
