Midstate Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, established as the first distillery in Harrisburg since Prohibition. Operating since 2013, the distillery is dedicated to using locally sourced Pennsylvania ingredients and partnering with Pennsylvania businesses whenever possible. They handcraft spirits in small batches, emphasizing quality and regional pride while maintaining their commitment to being ‘local to the core.’
A blend of molasses-based rum featuring some of the very first spirits ever distilled by Midstate Distillery, carefully aged in new oak barrels, used bourbon barrels, and a single Pinot Noir barrel, with rums aged between 6 and 9 years offering complex depth of flavor.
