Hidden Still Spirits is an award-winning craft distillery located at 505 W. Chocolate Ave. in Hershey, PA, originally founded in 2014 in Lebanon, PA. The grain-to-glass facility produces Pennsylvania-sourced spirits including their flagship David E. Straight Bourbon Whiskey, which has won gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The distillery’s name derives from the historical practice of illegal moonshine stills, and they use natural limestone spring water from Pennsylvania sources in their craft spirits production.
