Smoky Quartz Distillery is a veteran-owned and operated artisanal craft distillery located on the Southern NH Seacoast in Seabrook, NH. The distillery uses locally sourced New England grain and pure New Hampshire spring water to handcraft exceptional spirits in small batches. Named after the official New Hampshire Gem Stone, all spirits are distilled and bottled on-site using traditional methods.

Award-winning white rum made with 100% American Molasses and champagne yeast, distilled only once in an 8 plate still, aged 2 weeks to develop flavor, then cut to 80 proof with Monadnock spring water.
Granite Lightning Moonshine
Premium moonshine made from 100% organic corn mash with no extra sugar, distilled and filtered with New Hampshire spring water, resulting in a sweet whisky opening with a warm, satisfying finish.
Solid Granite Vodka
Handcrafted vodka made from corn grown within 125 miles of the distillery, using pure New Hampshire spring water and slow charcoal filtering for a clean, no-burn finish with crisp, sweet notes.
V5 Bourbon
Small batch bourbon aged 15 years in White Oak barrels, made from 100% locally sourced organic corn with no wheat or rye, bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) with rich sweet grain notes and warm, long finish.
