Founded in 2015 and located at 75 Canal Street in Salem, Massachusetts, Deacon Giles Distillery crafts what they call ‘Damn Righteous Spirits’ with a creative process that blends reverence for tradition with a shot of irreverence. The distillery produces a range of flavored bourbon whiskeys and liqueurs, and also operates The Speakeasy Lab, an in-house cocktail bar in Burlington, MA.
