Nestled in the woods of Petersham, Massachusetts near the Quabbin Reservoir, Beaver Pond Distillery is a small-batch spirit maker founded by Jerry, a former immigration lawyer who discovered his passion for Eau de Vie after tasting fruit brandy in the French Pyrenees. Using a German-made 50-gallon copper still, they craft unsweetened fruit brandies from locally sourced fruit across Central Massachusetts and New York, capturing the essence of each fruit at its ripest moment.
