Crown Rose Estate Distillery is a historic field-to-glass operation located at 1902 Jefferson Pike in Knoxville, Maryland, established in 2009 by Todd and Tara Lehtonen on the National Register-listed Crown Rose Estate (formerly known as Oakland). The distillery specializes in crafting authentic Maryland Rye Whiskey—officially recognized as Maryland’s state spirit—alongside bourbon and custom whiskey blends, offering both traditional bottling programs and hands-on private barrel experiences where customers can create their own unique whiskey profiles.
