Lyon Rum is a true cane-to-glass product distilled in ridiculously small batches using traditional pot stills in Saint Michaels, Maryland. The distillery begins everything with a unique, hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and molasses sourced directly from Louisiana, and their line of rum liqueurs are infused by hand using only the finest, all-natural, whole fruits and botanicals. They do not use coloring, flavoring, or additives ever, and all spirits are 100% gluten free.
