Willett Distillery is a private family-owned and operated bourbon distillery located on the outskirts of Bardstown, Kentucky, established in 1936 by Thompson Willett. The family has operated the distillery across four generations, with Thompson’s grandchildren currently running operations on the same legendary estate. It is one of Kentucky’s original family-owned distilleries and produces Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey alongside small-batch and cask-strength expressions that span wheated and rye mash bills.
