Situated on 80 rolling acres in the heart of Bourbon country, Western Kentucky Distilling Co. is one of Kentucky’s most advanced distilleries. Co-owned and operated by 8th Generation Kentucky Distiller Jacob Call, the distillery applies eight generations of distilling knowledge using a 36-inch Vendome copper column still paired with a traditional copper doubler. The facility can produce over 50,000 barrels annually with purpose-built rickhouses designed for optimal whiskey maturation.
