Founded by three partners and natives of the area in 2022, Southern Kentucky Distillery produced the first legal bourbon in Cumberland County since prohibition ended in 2016. Located in the Foothill Mountains of Appalachia between Lake Cumberland, Dale Hollow Lake, and the Cumberland River, the distillery offers tours and tastings connecting with visitors from across the South and Midwest.
