Located on 240 acres in Lake Cumberland, Kentucky, Horse Soldier Farms is home to the American Freedom Distillery, named for Special Operations forces who answered the call after 9⁄11. The distillery crafts Horse Soldier Bourbon using a proprietary yeast strain that highlights stone fruit notes, with every bottle pressed by steel recovered from the World Trade Center, and copper from the Statue of Liberty running through their spirit safe. The American Dream that started among friends has grown into a place built for every age, every season, and every chapter of life.
