Located in the historic Old Williams Factory in Winchester, Kentucky (formerly Wildcat Willy’s), Regeneration Distilling Co. is Clark County’s only Class B Craft Distillery. They follow a farm-to-bottle philosophy, distilling seasonal grains sourced directly from their partners at Mt. Folly Farm. Their spirits are available ‘right off the still’ or aged to perfection in local tobacco barns before being bottled.
