Preservation Distillery is a micro-batch pot-distilled whiskey producer nestled on a historic farmstead in Bardstown, Kentucky, along the Bourbon Trail. Founded by Marci Palatella, it is the first and only 100% pot-distilled producer in Nelson County, crafting 1-3 barrel batches with a minimum 6-7 year aging commitment that far exceeds industry standards. The distillery continues a 250-year legacy dating to 1776 when Wattie Boone helped establish early bourbon production on this same land.
