A rare 5-barrel small batch blend of 8.5-year double oaked rye at 104 proof with only 1,132 bottles, where whiskey originally distilled in 2015 was rebarreled into Zac Cooperage #4 Char barrels, offering sweet almonds, peppercorn spice, and freshly baked rye bread.

French Oak Stave Finished Bourbon

High-rye bourbon (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley) aged 7-8.5 years and finished with custom toasted Jupilles Fleur French oak staves for 108 proof, offering soft, sweet warm notes playing off underlying spice with Platinum Ascot Awards and Gold SFWSC.
