Bluegrass Distillers is a small-batch craft distillery established in 2012 in Lexington, Kentucky, now operating from Elkwood Farm in Midway, Kentucky. The distillery grows its own heirloom blue corn and winter wheat on-site,采用 a ground-to-glass approach that honors Kentucky bourbon tradition while innovating with unique mash bills.
