They use traditional methods to create exciting new California spirits that stand the test of time. Their distillery bar is open for tastings and cocktails on Fridays from 3pm-8pm and Saturdays from 1pm-6pm, with tours available by appointment. The bottle shop operates from 1-6pm Wednesday through Saturday.
