SLO de Vie Distillery is a Portuguese-inspired craft spirits producer located in Grover Beach, California’s Central Coast. Following the traditional Azorean method, they distill grape spirits in small batches from good wine and fresh pomace using old-world copper pot stills. Founded by master distiller Thomas DaRosa, the distillery honors his family’s heritage of making Aguardente in the Azores, producing award-winning handcrafted spirits that are gluten-free with no added sugar.
