Sabbatical Distillery is located on Victoria Island Farms, a 7,000-acre island in the Northern California Delta with rich peat soil and abundant fresh water flowing from the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Family-owned and operated since 1964, the distillery was founded by two college friends who left corporate jobs in New York to create a farm-to-bottle spirits operation that blends generations of farming tradition with innovative craft distilling techniques. Sabbatical is committed to growing 100% estate-grown ingredients and produces award-winning spirits using locally sourced blueberries, citrus, botanicals, and corn from their island farm.
