Re:Find Distillery, established in 2011, is Paso Robles’s first craft distillery, founded by Alex & Monica Villicana (2023 Wine Industry Persons of the Year) who also own Villicana Winery. The distillery practices sustainable, no-waste distilling by reclaiming approximately 60 acres of premium Paso Robles wine grapes annually, fermenting grape juice to bottle to create handcrafted spirits with natural ingredients and distinct wine-country character.
