Prohibition Spirits is Sonoma’s first craft distillery, founded in 2008 by a family-owned operation that remains 100% hands-on at every step. Inspired by wine country, they produce small-batch artisanal spirits with an emphasis on quality, including over 50 different products ranging from Limoncello to whiskey, rum, gin, and more.
