Pendray’s Distillery is a craft distillery located at 95 Booker Road in Templeton, California, producing hand-crafted, barrel-aged spirits including brandies, grappas, and fruit-based liqueurs. The distillery purchased a 500-liter German pot still from Holstein in 2013 and sources all ingredients from local farmers and businesses.
