Single-pass pot distilled from American Black Strap Molasses from Louisiana, then barrel-aged twelve months in triple-charred American white oak bourbon barrels, this rum offers caramelized plantain and vanilla spice with a viscous mouthfeel, an earthy nose with spice and fruit qualities, and a long, complex, smokey finish with light lingering heat.
Distilled four times from Soft California Winter Wheat at 40% ABV, this vodka offers mild, buttery smooth wheat notes with a pleasant herbal flavor, featuring a full nose of sweet vanilla bean and floral notes, finishing with elegant vanilla creaminess and a whisper of anise. It’s described as having a flavor profile similar to gin with good bite, perfect for sipping on the rocks or mixing in cocktails.
The base spirit for Loft & Bear’s dark rum, this white rum is pot distilled using a low and slow distillation and fermentation process from American Black Strap Molasses, serving as the foundation that gives their dark rum its award-winning character before barrel aging.
