Established in 2013 by father-son duo Bill and Billy Tiller, Kalifornia Distilleries carries on a distilling legacy dating to 1731 in Cork, Ireland. After facing challenges including the 2020 shutdowns and the loss of founder Bill in 2021, the brand was revitalized in early 2025 under new ownership while the Tiller family continues to lead production, crafting small-batch spirits using family recipes passed down through nearly 300 years.
