Jaxon Keys Winery & Distillery is a historic 1,250-acre estate winery and distillery located in Hopland, Mendocino County, California, set on the 1844 Rancho Sanel land grant with a historic 1880s French farmhouse tasting room. The distillery produces artisanal Alambic brandies using a 15th-century design copper pot still originally built in Cognac, France during the 1800s, double-distilling estate-grown French Colombard from their McGlashen Estate vineyards. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, the venue offers wine tastings and spirits at their antique bar on the covered veranda with panoramic views of Mendocino County.
