Located in Northern California’s Humboldt County, Humboldt Distillery is a sustainable craft distillery and one of the few carbon-neutral facilities in the United States. They focus on using local, organic, and sustainable ingredients to produce organic spirits and botanical liqueurs.

Distilled from organic sugarcane and aged to perfection in American white oak barrels, light-bodied with mellow notes of oak and vanilla.
Spiced Rum
Distilled from organic American sugarcane and infused with a secret blend of whole spices, offering hints of dry oak and mellow honeysuckle sweetness with a moderately-spiced flavor.
