About
Henebery Spirits is a family-owned craft distillery with roots tracing back to 1851 when Matthew Henebery escaped the Irish Potato Famine and established a distillery in Peoria, Illinois. The family resurrected their heritage brand in 2012, incorporating and building their own distillery, tasting room, and event space by 2016 in California, crafting premium spirits that celebrate their rich distilling legacy.
