Mendocino Spirits is the creation of Crispin Cain and his team, bringing 30 years of distillation and cellaring experience to each glass. While working for Germain-Robin Brandy, Crispin had a vision of making fine whiskey in Northern California that expresses the simple beauty of clean air, clean water, and tall trees, while capturing the complexity of malted grains from local and classic sources. They use time-honored traditions of Cognac, keen attention to fermentation, the Charentais Pot Still, and the double distillation method.

50% ABV, 100 proof blend of 80% corn, 16% malted barley, 4% Sonora wheat, aged in new charred white oak barrels from Kentucky. Features grains in summer, oak, and malt on the nose with caramel, toasted nuts, toasted marshmallow, and smooth 100 proof finish.
