Greenbar Distillery is LA’s first distillery since Prohibition and one of the first craft distilleries in the U.S., founded in 2004 and located in LA’s Arts District. They make spirits differently by using real ingredients and innovative techniques, such as aging whiskey with six different types of wood including white oak, hickory, maple, mulberry, red oak, and grape. The distillery focuses on creating deeply flavorful, organic craft spirits made with heart in Los Angeles, emphasizing sustainability and cultural terroir inspired by the city’s diverse food scene.
