Grain + Vine Distillery is a craft distillery founded in 2022 by Joe and Jenny Barton, located at the Barton Family Estate on CA-46 West in Paso Robles, California. The distillery’s name and philosophy are rooted in the couple’s family heritage—Jenny’s father was a grain farmer and Joe’s father was a grape farmer—creating a unique grain-to-bottle approach that celebrates California’s rich agricultural history.

Potato Gin
A London dry style gin built on 100% potato vodka base at 92 proof, using the botanical steep method with juniper, coriander, angelica, fennel, cardamom, and citrus, offering citrus and subtle spice on the nose with a hint of sweetness and a peppery finish; winner of a Gold Award at the 2025 California Craft Spirits Competition.
Potato Vodka
A smooth, clean, light vodka made from 100% potatoes at 80 proof, featuring soft and creamy notes with a slight nuttiness and sweet finish; winner of Double Gold and Best of Show at the 2025 California Craft Spirits Competition.
Rum
