Dry Diggings Distillery is a family-owned craft spirits producer located at 5050 Robert J Mathews Pkwy in El Dorado Hills, California, in the heart of the Sierra Nevada foothills. Since 2012, they have been distilling whiskey, brandy, vodka, and gin while operating Hills, a bar and restaurant that showcases their spirits alongside coffee and local goods. They also provide contract distilling services for numerous wine and beer producers across Northern California, working with brands like Bella Grace Vineyards, Jeff Runquist Wines, Corti Brothers, and Hatcher Winery.
