Devils Creek Distillery is a craft distillery founded in 2017 by the Mendel family in Mammoth Lakes, California, at an elevation of 7,760 feet. They produce authentically California grain-to-glass whiskeys using snow melt from alpine lakes and native grains from historic California malt houses. The distillery emphasizes meticulous craftsmanship and transparency, with their whiskeys aged for a minimum of four years in premium barrels.
