Cutler’s Artisan Spirits is Santa Barbara’s first legal craft distillery, located at 418 N. Salsipuedes St. in Santa Barbara’s East Side. Since 1915, the Cutler family has been crafting exceptional spirits, and Ian Cutler continues this century-old tradition of uncompromising quality with award-winning handcrafted gin, whiskey, bourbon, and specialty liqueurs served at Cutler’s Public House & Restaurant, which opened in February 2025.
