Founded in 2017 in an old brick warehouse built in 1910 in Petaluma, CA, Barber Lee Spirits is a small craft distillery specializing in unique, hard-to-make spirits. The Barbers and Lees use the finest ingredients to craft their expressive spirits through traditional grain-to-glass methods, with all products fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled under their roof.

Aged Rum
A 50% ABV rum distilled from Piloncillo sugar with no flavor or color additives, aged for 3 years in used whiskey barrels then finished for 1 more year in a used port cask for color and depth of flavor.
Apple Brandy
A 45% ABV classic American apple brandy made from fermented and distilled juice of fresh crushed Gravenstein apples from Sonoma County, aged in heavy char barrels with wonderful high notes of fresh cut apples and cedar spice from the oak.
Bottled-in-Bond Reserve Rye
An extremely rare single barrel selection at 50% ABV, this is Barber Lee’s finest rye whiskey selected after 2-3 years of age and set aside for another 3-4 years, bottled with a signature black leather label.
Cask Finished & Store Pick Whiskies
Rare single barrel projects where whiskies are aged for 3 years in charred/fresh oak barrels then finished for an additional year on special used barrels (Port, Zinfandel, Maple Syrup, etc.) that give completely different flavor profiles, with some retail partners selecting their own barrels at cask strength (60%+ ABV).
Heirloom Corn Bourbon
A 45% ABV bourbon made from non-GMO Bloody Butcher and Hopi Blue corn grown in California’s central valley, with Bloody Butcher providing spicy notes of buckwheat and chili peppers while Hopi Blue adds sweet and earthy flavors.
Moonshine
A 50% ABV white whiskey straight from the still based on malted rye mash, full-bodied with light sweetness and notes of almond and light baking spices, offering a delicious rich substitute for vodka or gin.
Single Malt Rye
A rich and spicy one-of-a-kind American whiskey made from 100% malted rye at 45% ABV, featuring creamy and mouthwatering flavors of rye bread and baking spice with a sweet nose of maple and light vanilla, aged in new heavy char American oak barrels.
White Rum
A 40% ABV full-flavored white rum double distilled from Piloncillo sugar with hints of caramel aroma and toasty, dark sugar flavors, perfect for upgrading tiki cocktails, mojitos, and Cuba Libres.
