Alley 6 Craft Distillery is a small-batch, certified craft distillery located in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California, specializing in whiskey, gin, and other spirits crafted entirely on-site using traditional copper alembic pot stills. Founded by head distiller and co-founder Jason Jorgensen, the distillery takes a meticulous approach to production — from mashing and fermenting to distilling, barreling, and bottling — all under one roof to maintain complete quality control. Their spirits showcase unique flavor profiles born from experimentation with quality local ingredients, including foraged Sonoma Coast mushrooms, Viognier grapes, and Dry Creek peaches.

Candy Cap Bitters
Composed of aromatic Candy Cap mushrooms foraged from the Sonoma Coast and a melody of baking spices extracted with base rye spirit and finished in small oak barrels; Double Gold winner at the 2022 Los Angeles Invitational Wine & Spirits Challenge.
Coffee Liqueur
A joint effort with local Sonoma County’s Wolf Coffee, using their Organic Mocha Java blend cold-brew extracted and combined with a grape-based distillate, a touch of sugar, and rested on rye whiskey barrels.
Harvest Gin
First distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills to preserve the wonderful aromas of the Viognier grape, producing a light, floral gin.
Peach Brandy
Fallen peaches from Dry Creek Peach are collected, hand-pitted, puréed, and fermented, then twice distilled in copper alembic pot stills and aged for two years in French oak barrels.
Rye Whiskey
A true small-batch whiskey twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from a rye malt mash composed of 78% rye and 22% aromatic malted barley.
Single Malt Whiskey
Twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from 100% malted barley sourced from Heidelberg, Germany.
