Rocking M Ranch Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery located at 614 Brixey Rd in Henrietta, Texas, specializing in small-batch spirits made with locally sourced Texas ingredients. They use their own mineral-rich Texas well water, filtered 50 times, as the base for their vodkas, and age their bourbons in new white oak barrels to create distinctive Texan-flavored spirits including vodkas, bourbon whiskey, and sipping shines.

An Enoch Sylvester heritage bourbon aged in new white oak barrels, crafted from native corn, red winter wheat, and malted barley, then distilled twice to achieve sweet, subtle notes at 90 Proof (45%).
