One Shot Distillery & Brewery is a Texas Hill Country distillery and brewery located in Dripping Springs, TX, founded by a military veteran inspired during a Combat Pistol Course. The distillery uses Texas-grown sugar cane and features a unique military and firearms theme, with each spirit designated by a firearm caliber. They source equipment from Jim Sargent, who operated the first legal distillery in Hawaii post-prohibition, and later expanded with brewer Stew Altmeyer to include German-style craft beers alongside their spirits.
