About
Ironroot Republic is a family-owned distillery in Denison, Texas, founded by the Likarish family. Their approach is heavily influenced by the history of their Texas town, where local viticulturist T.V. Munson helped save the French wine industry with his Texas ‘iron’ grape roots, forever linking Denison to Cognac, France. The family applies French brandy distilling traditions to Texas heirloom corn to craft whiskey with character.
