Iron Goat Distillery is a family and veteran-owned craft distillery located inside Grand Central at Milam in Fredericksburg, Texas. Founded in 2016 by the Williams family, the distillery ferments, distills, bottles, and labels all spirits on-site using a 50-gallon pot still. Known for award-winning small-batch spirits including rum, agave spirit, and honey spirit, they’ve won six industry awards and take their name from the resilient nature of the Texas Hill Country.

Amber Rum
Aged for six months in used Garrison Brothers bourbon barrels, this 90 proof rum features a beautiful amber color with vanilla, caramel, and earthy molasses flavors.
Honey Spirit
Made from fermenting local wildflower honey, this spirit offers subtly sweet flavors with honey, floral, and creamy notes on the palate.
Silver Rum
Pot-distilled from a mixture of blackstrap molasses and turbinado sugar, this unaged rum is bottled at 80 proof and is ideal for mixed drinks.
