Founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Chris and Jennifer McCallister, Fire Oak Distillery is a family-owned, small-batch distillery located in Liberty Hill, Texas at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country. The distillery produces handcrafted spirits using locally sourced Texas Hill Country grains and traditional copper stills, offering a variety of award-winning bourbons, ryes, vodka, and gin.
