About
Ursa Major Distilling is the first legal distillery in Fairbanks and one of the first in Alaska, established by self-taught distiller Rob in 2012. Located at 2922 Parks Highway in the Greater Ester Industrial Area, this family-run small-batch distillery crafts premium spirits using locally-grown grain and botanicals, with their retail outlet and tasting room opening in 2015.

Summer Harvest Gin
Made from the same local barley as their vodka with botanicals including Juniper, Coriander, Iris Root, Mace, Cardamom and fresh Rhubarb grown on the distillery property.
